Daniel & Joseph Rodgers will represent Alaska and the USA at the international competition held in Canada in 2026.
Three GILA students recently traveled to Fairbanks for the 2026 Educators Rising State Leadership Conference held at the Wood Center at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

Students from SHS & GILA recently played a vital role in supporting mushers during the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race as it passed through the Galena checkpoint.
